What is Kangen Water?

Meaning when we drink Kangen water, our bodies return to homeostasis and

First of all, the water from your water source runs through a filter, that removes chlorine, chloramines, sediment, volatile organic compounds (VOCs), taste and odor from the water, dirt, sand, rust, silt and other organic material.
The filtered water then passes through the electrolysis chamber, where an electric charge is put on the water.
This is known as electrolysis. The water is split into two different tubes, separating negative and positive ions that are in the water. During the electrolysis process, more hydroxide ions are created in negatively charged water, that creates more alkaline water, which comes out of the top hose.
More hydrogen ions are created in the positively charged water, making it more acidic. This comes out of the bottom hose.
How does this work?
The process of electrolysis happens through disassociation.
Meaning for the alkaline water, the positive ion breaks off, making it negatively charged and for the acidic water, the negative ion leaves, making it positively charged.
This is the main difference to the bottled alkaline waters! For these, there are more chemicals and minerals added, to technically make the water alkaline. This is incredibly dangerous, as it can lead to alcosis when used during an alkaline diet. Bottled alkaline water has no therapeutic effect. The molecular structure is not restructured, as this can only happen through the electrolysis process.
Molecular Hydrogen is a form of hydrogen that has been shown to have a wide range of therapeutic effects on over 150 human diseases!
It is the strongest antioxidant known to man because it hydrates and detoxifies on a cellular level.
Molecular Hydrogen is the smallest molecule in the universe. This extremely small size and its high lipid solubility allows it to easily diffuse into the sub-cellular compartments of the mitochondria and other locations. This is often referred to as 'micro-clustered'.
Two hydrogen atoms (H) are covalently bonded (a type of chemical bond) together as H-H and form a molecule. So H2 is also referred to as molecular hydrogen.

Oxidation reduction potential, or ORP, is a measure of a substance's ability to either oxidize or reduce another substance. It is measured by the electrodes of an ORP meter. A positive reading on an ORP meter means that the substance is an oxidizing agent. A negative reading indicates that the substance is a reducing agent.
What is oxidation?
Oxydation is what goes on when we have a lack of electrons or have many free radicals in our body.
Everytime we breathe in pollution, consume pesticides, electromagnetic fields from cell phones, TV's, even when we think negative thoughts, there are free radicals created. Free radicals have a missing electron and cause damage to the body.
So the ORP is the measurement of what the potential to reduce that oxidative process is. When there's a lack of electron, it robs electrons from the good parts of the body and damages the cells.
If the ORP is on the positive side, it means it is positively oxidating the body, which is bad. You want the negative number.
An example would be: Orange juice with vitamin C is a -60.
Kengan water is a -400!!
Many doctors talk about the oxidative stress being the silent killer in peoples health.
So having this in mind, one of the key features of the Kangen water machine is its ability to reduce oxidation in the body, as excessive oxidation can cause damage to cells and tissues, leading to premature aging and a higher risk of chronic diseases.
The Kangen water machine produces water with a negative oxidation reduction potential (ORP), which means it has antioxidant properties that help neutralize free radicals in the body, reducing oxidative stress and preventing cellular damage.
Just like pH, ORP values are an important measurement for determining the quality of water.
One of the important parameters of water quality is the pH.
A pH measurement reveals whether the solution is acidic, neutral, or alkaline. In the most basic sense, pH refers to the negative logarithmic (log) measurement of the H+ion concentration in solution.
The more H+, the more acidic. The less H+, the more alkaline.
The ‘p’ refers to the German word ‘potenz’ or power.
Why is pH balance so important?
Our bodies live and die at a cellular level and the cells must maintain alkalinity in order to function and stay alive.
An acidic state causes lack of oxygen at a cellular level.
A pH of below 7.4 is suboptimal- providing the perfect environment for bacteria, mold and viruses to grow.
Many bottled water companies try to profit on labeling their water as alkaline, however its pH is only temporarily altered by adding a synthetic chemical.
Kangen water is created through the process of electrolysis and holds its pH.
About the many Uses
8.5 - 9.5 Kangen Water
Kangen Water is the highest quality drinking water, that has therapeutic effects on the body. There is Kangen water with a pH of 8.5, 9.0 and 9.5.
It is recommended to start drinking 8.5pH water for 1-2 weeks.
(It varies depending on the individual and how much water you drink daily).
This water is dispensed through the top flexible hose.
Drink at least 1/2 of your body weight in ounces each day.
Athletes, individuals doing physically demanding work, and those recovering from sickness are advised to drink more Kangen Water to promote body homeostasis.
In the beginning of drinking this water, you will go through a detox process.
If you do not experience any cleansing symptoms (“discomfort" like bloating, slight headache) you can increase the water to 9.0pH and drink 9.0pH Kangen Water for 1-2 weeks before stepping it up to 9.5pH.
*Note frequency of urination should not be considered as "discomfort."
Your body is detoxing, it is important to keep drinking to flush out toxins and waste.
Occasionally, people may experience cleansing symptoms.
These symptoms are typically caused by the body releasing stored toxins and acidic waste. If you experience cleansing symptoms (headaches, skin eruptions, loose bowel, coughing, etc.), on the pH 8.5 water, increase the amount of water you are drinking to help neutralize and flush the toxins from your system.
If you are experiencing these symptoms after increasing the pH of the water you are consuming, then go back to the last pH setting that you were able to drink without experiencing these symptoms and increase the amount of water that you consume until these symptoms stop.
KILL ALL MICROBES
Pre-rinse all fruits, vegetables, and meats with 2.5pH and let sit for one minute before soaking in 11.5pH (see. This will kill all microbes as well as MRSA and infections.
DISINFECTING
Use to disinfect hands, surfaces, etc. 2.5pH is a on-toxic disinfecting agent against bacteria and viruses. Also acts as a great sanitizer and has been proven to work better and faster than bleach.
HARD WATER SPOTS & RUST
Use to clean hard water spots off chrome and rust off of metal.
FACIAL LIFTING & TIGHTENING
Spray face and neck (avoiding eyes) with 2.5pH and rub your skin upward until dry. Finish with 6.0 pH to tone skin.
ORAL CARE
Brush your teeth with 2.5pH and gargle. Wait one minute and then rinse with 9.5pH for 30 seconds to restore the natural pH. This procedure can prevent or resolve periodontal disease & thrush and help to avoid root canals.
VOMITING
To stop vomiting, take 1-2 Tbsp. of 2.5pH.
OPEN WOUNDS, BURNS, INFECTIONS, BLEEDING
2.5pH kills bacteria and pathogens. Use 2.5pH on cuts and scrapes to help stop bleeding. Clean twice daily until healed. Do not use any other ointments.
INFECTED SINUSES
Spray 2.5pH in your nose 2x/day for 2 days. Wait 2 minutes, then flush with 11.5pH.
SORE THROAT & COUGH
Gargle 3-4 times per day with 2.5pH or spray it into your throat.
NAIL FUNGUS
Spray or soak in 2.5pH twice a day.
PINK EYE
Spray 2.5 pH on your infected eye several times throughout the day.
POISON IVY
Spray 2.5pH on the infected area as often as needed. This will slow down the itching.
OPEN WOUNDS, BURNS, INFECTIONS, BLEEDING
If you see something abnormal on your skin, soak a gauze pad on a band aid with 2.5pH water and apply over the area. Change the band aid at least once a day. This process requires 30-60 days before seeing results.
FEVER BLISTERS & CANKER SORES
Spray or gargle 2.5pH to stop and dry up both of the above.
